hair requires a lot of extra care. Unless you
were born perfect, beautiful hair doesn’t just
happen. Common problems usually occurs, among
few are, oily scalp, hair that tangles when wet,
dry split ends, losing of natural sheen. Getting
it into healthy, shiny condition takes a
commitment to continuing care. To achieve
today’s beautiful longer hair is never too late,
practice some of this preventive maintenance and
see for yourself.

Rake your hair by
running your fingers from top to the end
every morning.

Brush hair when
it’s dry. Brush the underside of your
hair by bending forward allowing your
hair to fall. Then with large brush with
even strokes. And increase the number of
strokes daily.

Never pull or yank
hair. When combing it separate hair into
small sections and carefully comb it
from the end in downward direction.

It's best to air
dry the hair. But if you have to blow
dry them use a cool setting.

curl your hair. Use regular hair
rollers, winding hair loosely around
them. Avoid electric rollers, hot combs
and curling irons or use on cool

When shampooing
hair. Make sure that your shampoo has
natural ingredients with conditioning
properties. Massage your scalp to
increase blood flow.

use conditioner. It minimize tangling of
hair. There's also detangler spray
available in the store.

Protect hair from
over-exposure to sun, salt or
chlorinated water, wind and pollution.
Wear a hat, cap or scarf if you can.
Seek out hair products with sunscreens.

To keep cool and
look stylish, sweep hair upward. Use
natural materials like tortoise shell
combs, clips and fasteners instead of
rubber bands, plastic and metal which
snag and pull hair. Try to avoid all
products containing alcohol as it dries
