Tilt your chin up and look down into a mirror so you can see your eyelids.

Using a Black liquid liner; draw a thin line along your upper lash lines.

Slightly curve the line upward at your outer corners and extend it out inch.

Then lightly swipe you finger over a red lipstick and dab it on until your lips are filled in.

Blot with a tissue so the color is less intense, and then apply clear gloss.
